Visual artist and illustrator based between Madrid and Menorca. I primarily work in oils, creating portraits of anthropomorphic animals that combine classical techniques, Pop Art, and a touch of surrealism.

Bobby Q is a Spanish artist and visual creator known for his oil portraits of anthropomorphized animals. With a background in advertising, he has three decades of experience in visual communication, design, and illustration, having led three of his own design studios: El Arca de Noé, Brand Session, and Frestonia. This experience in the creative sector has given him a rigorous command of composition and color, elements he translates directly onto his canvases.
Bobby Q's oil paintings combine the craft of classical painting with the direct influence of Pop Art and a touch of Surrealism. Through direct gazes and carefully crafted props, his characters navigate a line between irony, sarcasm, and profound tenderness. His works use disguise and sophisticated poses as a visual game that seeks to captivate the viewer, endowing each figure with a powerful expressiveness and unique personality.
